The company and our entire team is located in Munich, Germany.
We are located in Munich, Germany but don't actually produce the products ourself, but rather buy them directly off of the manufacturing site.
Most of these manufacturers are located in Asia, which allows us to offer you products for up to 40% off retail prices.

Shipping + handling
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.
Since we are located in Germany our products are mostly shipped from overseas.
Therefore, we are closely cooperating with USPS for worldwide distributing our products.
Our insured shipping & handling plan amounts to only 3.98$ for all products.
At this time, we can only offer free standard shipping to Europe or the UK on orders of minimum $100.

As a result, our shipping times heavily depend on them.
Due to the ongoing Corona pandemic and frequent staff shortages both on our end and by the airlines, we are currently facing delivery delays of up to 1 - 2 weeks at times.
We really hope you can excuse these elongated shipping times but are very confident our products are worth the wait.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, which includes a tracking number you can put to use at: https://www.usps.com
Please be mindful that USPS sometime takes up to 5 days to update the information tracking information associated with this number.
Since we are located in Germany our products are shipped from overseas. We are cooperating with USPS as they are responsible for distributing our products in your country.
Unfortunately, some tracking numbers only work once the product has arrived in the US.
We are aware of this issue and currently working with USPS to resolve it as quick as possible.
